What areas do you serve and are there travel fees?
We are based in Cache Valley, Utah, and we regularly travel throughout Northern Utah and Southeastern Idaho. Travel outside the core area may involve an additional fee. The amount depends on distance, timing, and whether an overnight stay is required. You will always get an exact quote before you book.
How much time do you need for setup and takedown?
Setup usually takes between sixty and one hundred twenty minutes. The exact amount depends on the venue, the access points, and the equipment you select. Takedown normally takes thirty to sixty minutes once the event ends. After we talk through your event details, we will give you a more accurate estimate based on the location and the equipment involved.
What packages do you offer and can I customize my event?
We offer several sound and lighting packages along with add ons such as uplighting, custom lighting effects, wireless microphones, multi zone audio, and event management services. Many clients request additional customization for timing, announcements, or the overall flow of the event. These custom requests are available with certain packages and can be added during your planning session.
How far in advance should I book and what is your deposit policy?
The best dates in Cache Valley fill quickly, especially during wedding season and the summer months. A deposit is required to hold your event date, and the remaining balance is due closer to the event. The contract you receive will outline payment terms, cancellation policies, travel expectations, and any add ons you have selected.
What does your event management service cover?
Event management is available with qualifying packages. This includes managing the timeline, coordinating cues, handling announcements, communicating with venue staff, and keeping the event running smoothly. Before the event, we schedule a call to review your preferred music, your must play list, your do not play list, your announcements, and any other requests you want handled at the venue.
